2008 ACADEMY INFORMATION
Camp Director:
Benji Walton

Benji
Walton is the head women’s soccer
coach at Birmingham Southern College
in Birmingham Alabama.
Coach Walton has over 5 years of
experience as a head coach at both the NCAA
division II and III levels.
In addition to his head coaching
experience he has a Business Administration
degree from Reinhardt College in Waleska, GA
where he was a 4 year starter and 3 year
captain on the men’s soccer team.
He also holds a Master degree in
Sports Administration from the University of
Georgia.
Assistant Director:
Crystal Royall

Crystal
Royall is the assistant coach at
Birmingham Southern College.
Crystal is in her third season on the
women's soccer coaching staff.
Crystal came to BSC after playing
four seasons with the Samford Bulldogs,
where she was a three-time All-Ohio Valley
Conference selection. She was also selected
as OVC Player of the Year and Defensive
Player of the Year in both 2004 and 2005,
becoming the first player to receive both
awards in league history.

Fees:
$50 for current RCUSC team members
and $75 for club guests

Eligibility:
Academy is open
to all girls ages 8 to 18
-
Equipment:
Each camper is required to bring soccer
ball, cleats, shin guards and water.
Complimentary Raptors string backpack
will be provided.
