Re : Sponsorship of our Club Teams

     We are a group of Decatur area girls who belong to Decatur’s only Club Level Soccer Club.  We are looking to the merchants that our families work and do business with, to secure sponsorship money to help outfit our team.  Our club has new teams in addition to the returning teams from last year.  For 2009 we are targeting to have nine teams, ages 8 through 18. 

    We are trying to raise money to equip our teams for the 2009 Fall Season.  The money will be used for team equipment, Tournament Fees, State dues, field fees etc.  Equipment purchased for the 2009 Fall season will be used for 2 - 3 seasons into the future, not just for one season.  . 

    With initial expenses of about $4,500 per team, we are counting on the support of our area merchants to help us get started.  Besides knowing that you are helping a really good cause, be assured that we will show support to our sponsors whenever possible.  We will encourage all our friends and families to patronize our sponsors. As a thank you for your sponsorship we will include your business name on our website and on our Sponsor t-shirt.
